Open Production License Form

Non-Exclusive Commercial License

The supplied form states that by selecting the Non-Exclusive Commercial License, the purchaser acknowledges that Kings in Motion Media LLC retains ownership of the underlying Production and may license the Production to other artists.

The applicable Non-Exclusive Production License Agreement governs the rights granted.

Exclusive License

The supplied Production License Form also provides an Exclusive License option.

The applicable Exclusive Production License Agreement governs the rights granted.

Music Access Acknowledgment

The supplied Music Access Acknowledgment states that unreleased musical productions and related materials are being made available solely for evaluation purposes.

No license, ownership interest, or right to record, release, distribute, sample, upload, sublicense, monetize, or otherwise commercially exploit such production or material is granted unless authorized by Kings in Motion Media LLC in a separate written agreement.

Signing the acknowledgment does not obligate either party to enter into a further transaction.

Before You Buy

When you select Lease or Exclusive on the Music page, Kingsinmotion displays the applicable license information before the inquiry is submitted.
